Big life update: I'm expecting my first baby this summer! We've decided to be surprised on the gender, so I've been researching a lot of gender neutral nursery design ideas. Today I'm sharing my top 12 favorite gender neutral pieces I've found that would work for either a boy or a girl.
Of course you need to add accessories and decor to this for more depth and color. But this is a good starting base. When it comes to the main pieces in the nursery, I like to keep it more whites and neutrals for a clean slate. I will then add color into the room through the wall paint and decor with throw pillows, crib sheets, art, blankets, a wall of books, toys and accessories.
