Privacy: We only collect and store any personal information you enter on our website pertaining to your order. This includes information such as your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, and method of payment used for your order. We use the information we collect from you to fulfill your product order. We do not share your personal information with others except our authorized service providers that perform certain services on our behalf. These services include fulfilling orders and delivering packages through our shipping carriers.

Our art is made to order and cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged. All sales on HomeTaylored.com are final. This includes both our art and vintage pieces. We do not offer any store credits.

 

Shipping lead times are between 10-14 weeks for art, after an order is placed. Vintage pieces ship 2-3 weeks after an order is placed. Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be changed or modified in any way. If an item is delivered damaged or wrong in any way, please note any damages at the time of delivery and contact us via email within 72 hours of delivery. Any damages or issues reported after 72 hours of delivery may not be able to be handled. All shipping charges are non-refundable. We only ship within the United States, but do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

Shipping + Returns

  • When should I expect my order?
    All Art orders take 10-14 weeks to ship to you once an order is placed. All Art is custom made after you order and therefore has a longer lead time. We promise your art will be worth the wait! Vintage pieces take 2-3 weeks to ship to you once your order is placed.
  • What to expect for delivery?
    Once your Art order has shipped from our vendor to you, Home Taylored will notify you via email that your order is on it's way and provide you with a tracking number. The shipping provider will deliver your art to your home like any package and leave it at your door if you are not home. We do not offer white glove delivery service, meaning it will not be set up for you inside your home upon delivery. All vintage home decor orders will also have a tracking number emailed to you once your order has shipped.
  • What is your return policy?
    All sales on Home Taylored are final. Our art is made to order and cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged. Same policies apply to all vintage home decor orders. Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be changed or modified in any way. If an item is delivered damaged, please note any damages at the time of delivery and contact us via email at taylor@hometaylored.com within 72 hours.
